Once again, the Summerland Rotary Club and Giants Head Grind want to add to the celebrations by bringing light to this holiday season as we did last year.
Our goal for 2021 is to hang over 4,000 lights along the lower town Grind Route through Rotary Park and along the Rotary Pier and hope you will help to support us with a donation of just $15.00 per foot.

For just $15.00 per foot of light, you can help “Light Up the Grind”!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Given the current devastating crisis caused by flooding and landslides in our Province and within this region, we will be extending a portion of our proceeds from this fundraising initiative to assist with relief efforts particularly in the communities of Princeton and Merritt.
To help us do this and to support the Summerland Rotary Club and the Giants Head Grind, we hope you will donate to this initiative. As in the past a portion of the proceeds will also go toward our ongoing efforts to raise awareness for Colorectal Cancer and Early Detection in Young Persons as well as Summerland Rotary to assist the District of Summerland with initiatives including Giants Head Mountain.
The Summerland Festival of Lights will once again look a little different than in the past as the community works to ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
